Shipping your parcel

-For one piece

Parcel are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped with TNT / FEDEX with a tracking number.

Shipping costs, if applicable, include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

A VELAQUA is packed in two separate boxes. Make sure you receive 2 boxes, on one is indicated 1/2 and on the other 2/2.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery.

In case of doubt, refuse the delivery, indicating precisely the reasons for the refusal. The words "subject to unpacking" are not valid and cannot be taken into account.

-By quantities

For a quantitative order, the VELAQUA are sent by courier in pallets of 6 pieces.

The cost of transport and the delivery time depend on the delivery department.

Returns in case of withdrawal

The cost of returning the product (s) will be supported by the purchaser, unless otherwise expressly granted by Aquatic World.

Payment

Aquatic World will ship the order once payment has been made. Payment by check are not accepted for foreign customers.
