During the warranty period from which your device benefits, the manufacturer assumes, in its workshops, the warranty, exchange or repair of your item after agreement with our customer service.
To assert this warranty, contact customer service describing the nature of the problem and attaching the purchase invoice to your request for verification of the warranty period.
As part of an intervention by the After Sales Service, the cost of returning the item (s) are covered by the After Sales Service.
To allow the reimbursement of shipping costs by the after-sales service, we invite you to keep the supporting documents and send them to us (indicating your order reference) by Post to:
